Here at Nemesis PC we take pride in our systems by providing our customers with the highest workmanship and care. It is our mission to provide our customers with the best customer service and support. Every system is built to the highest standard; to us all customers are considered VIP. All our systems come with phone support, technical diagnostics and labor for the lifetime of the system. All Parts in a Nemesis PC System come by default with a 1 year Warranty. There are other extended warranty options, which can be purchased during your order of your system. After the Nemesis PC warranty expires there may be some individual parts in your computer, which may have a longer manufacturer warranty, Nemesis PC help you with the manufactures should you decide to fix it yourself. You also have the option to send your system to Nemesis PC and take advantage of the free system lifetime labor which we offer all our customers. Once your received your system initially we will cover the ground shipping for the first 30 days for any parts that may become defective during that period.

What is covered:

The Nemesis PC warranty covers: Case, Motherboard, CPU, CPU Cooler, Cooling systems, Memory, All Drives, Video Card , any PCI Cards , Power Supply and any input devices purchased thru Nemesis PC.

Exclusions:

Nemesis PC is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping to Nemesis PC. Speakers, Monitors, Specialty Items, are covered by the manufacturer warranty.

 

Limited Warranty Details:

Nemesis PC warrants the original purchaser for any defects in the systems or workmanship for 30 days from your shipping date for any part of the hardware system, excluding software, documentation and similar items. During the warranty period, Nemesis PC will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, the defective hardware component free of charge for labor and/or parts depending on your warranty period selected at the time of order. Depending on stock and availability, replacement parts may not be the same but will be equivalent parts. Nemesis PC will not be held responsible for shipping costs after 30 days of receiving your computer system. Any additional purchases or upgrades to the system will not extend its original systems warranty. Nemesis PC is not responsible for any damages caused during shipment and any damage caused by: impacts , fluids, floods, earthquakes, Hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunami, fires , smoke , corrosion, lightning , meteor & comet strikes, solar flares , Wrath of an EX or significant other and any other similar natural disasters. ;Gun fire, explosions, EMP , zombie apocalypse , war, riots, automobile accidents, improper use, installation, unauthorized modifications, damage caused by improper Overclocking, Customer overclocking of any kind, improper maintenance, damaged caused by 3rd party software, damage caused by malware, worms , viruses etc. improper electrical power / current (THE USE OF SURGE PROTECTORS ARE REQUIRED), damage caused by attachments or peripherals , failure to remove shipping material from within the computer system and any other misuse, abuse or mishandling. Nemesis PC will not be responsible for any part of the system that is not installed by or bought thru Nemesis PC. Nemesis PC is not responsible for any parts that were damaged by parts not installed or bought thru Nemesis PC. Nemesis PC will also not be responsible for damages to any components or loss of any data for goods purchased from Nemesis PC. Nemesis PC will not repair, replace or refund any purchase if the items in the system do not match the serials which the system was originally shipped with. The system components serial numbers must be untampered with and clearly visible .Any attempt to fraudulently claim on a part in which the serial does not match our records will VOID the remaining term of the warranty. Nemesis PC will also reserve the right to prosecute for fraud in such cases.

Nemesis PC sole responsibility under this warranty , is for failure to repair or replace the hardware or system after a reasonable number of attempts is limited to replacement or at Nemesis PC sole discretion refund the original purchase price. The above constitutes purchaser's exclusive remedies for breach of warranty. Nemesis PC shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential and other similar claims whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or strict liability, or any other similar theories. Damages excluded include but are not limited to: loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data or software, loss of use of the hardware system, loss of use of related equipment, cost of substitute or replacement equipment,"down-time", purchaser injury to property, all claims of third parties.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, NEMESIS PC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY NEMESIS PC. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, NEMESIS PC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 

Servicing under this warranty:

If your system needs to be serviced for any reason we ask that, you call our customer support number first.[Support@NemesisPC.com or call *********] Please have ready your customer or order number prior to the call. Our technical support staff will assist you in diagnosing any problems you may be experiencing over the phone. If our support staff cannot solve your issue over the phone then Nemesis PC will decide what the next course of action will be. If we authorized you to send in your system, please send the system in the allotted time. Please do not send accessories such as software adapters, cables, etc; Nemesis PC does not assume responsibility for accessories shipped with systems when sent in for service. It is Nemesis PC policy to not accept any systems, which have not received RMA Authorization. RMA Information must be clearly marked on the shipping label and box. Any system shipped in for diagnostic which has been deemed not be defective may be charged a diagnostic fee and will be shipped back at owners expense.

Upgrades:

Nemesis PC offers the customers the liberty his or hers systems. Any items upgraded and or replaced parts will not be covered under system's original warranty. Customer is reasonable for any damages to system incurred during said upgrade. Nemesis PC customers have the option to send their system to us to be upgraded labor free but is responsible for shipping and the cost of upgraded parts.

Nemesis PC reserves the right to amend at any time to our warranties and any changes will be notified on the company website.
